If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a pickup point — please contact the tour operator or GetYourGuide directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or a hotel, and we have no access to your booking.

What we would love to hear about
- Anything on this site that is out of date, wrong or unclear.
- A hut, pension, guide or trail that we have missed.
- Price, timetable or trail-closure changes you have seen on the ground.
